Outstanding Safety Performance
Toughened glass is used in side and rear glass for its outstanding safety performance. If shattered in an accident or smash & grab attack, the glass will crumble into granules rather than sharp shards of glass that can cause serious lacerations. Unlike a windscreen, in most cases, if a side or rear window is damaged it will need to be replaced.

At PG Glass, we use glass manufactured by Shatterprufe®, a proud South African manufacturer. We ensure that the glass we fit is as good as the original piece of glass we are replacing.

PG Glass uses Armourplate® Toughened Safety Glass to replace your side glass and back glass. Armourplate® is manufactured by Shatterprufe®.
